Srinivasa Ramanujan – the most talented mathematician the world has seen – was self-taught and had no formal training in pure mathematics. a works shock the best mathematicians even after 100 years! The poor Brahmin was the devotee of Namagiri (Mahalakshmi) who would show visions of mathematical content.

His mentor Prof Hardy had tough time because Ramanujan would provide the resulting equation through ‘intuition’ without formal derivation. He said, “An equation for me has no meaning unless it represents a thought of God.”

Once PC Mahalanobis – one of the greatest statisticians – posed a very complex problem to Ramanujan. Ramanujan gave a complex answer with a twist, which was correct. Mahalanobis was amazed and asked how he did it. Ramanujan replied, “It is simple. The minute I heard the problem, I knew that the answer was a continued fraction. Which continued fraction, I asked myself. Then the answer came to my mind.”

Ramanujan had 2 obsessions – worshipping Mahalakshmi and writing down his intuition into mathematical content. Both were actually one and same for him.

Friends. No one has been able to explain the miracle of Ramanujan.

Modern Science is about explaining everything through laws we could discover and decipher so far. Aadhyaatm is about connecting with the source of all laws that modern science has discovered, will discover, or may not ever discover.

If you want to unleash similar miracles in your life, respect the wisdom of our heritage. Add your shraddha. I will share whatever I know and have experienced. And see for yourself.
